Inspired Leaders Love PRDX:

“Working with PRDX over the past six months has deeply bonded our hybrid team through a series of tailored exercises and education that built a psychologically safe space for individuals on the team to be more vulnerable and authentic with each other around their emotions, challenges, and aspirations. Not only is our team more tightly knit (and, hence, effective), but I've also seen individuals on the team become more confident being themselves, leading with vulnerability, and working through difficult situations, like self-advocacy or delivering tough feedback.

Thank you, PRDX!”

Ryan Batter
Director, Strategy | Hubspot

Thank you… for giving me the tools to create space for others, for connecting me with the desire to co-create a culture that is based on curiosity, empathy, and understanding, rather than strife and conflict.”

The shift, from starting with myself, to starting with curiosity and empathy, is one of the things Camp Redoxy reinforced in me. Together with the deep desire to foster that mind set in others.

That shift has created space for others to belong. It enables growth for me and for us as a company. It makes ‘giving a shit’ enjoyable, instead of a burden.

Layers of Cultural Co-Creation

We’ve designed a unique methodology to help teams increase belonging and flow.

We focus first on the Foundational Layer, ensuring that all team members experience clarity and safety in their roles, and fostering a sense of care and willingness within and across teams. We also cultivate higher engagement and the ability to tap into the benefits of playfulness.

With positional and cultural leaders, we work toward the Emerging Layer. There, leaders start to take responsibility for culture and support others in reaching the Foundational Layer. We develop skills in commitment and resilience for the cultural container and enhancing people’s ability to create equitable workplaces. We train leaders on how to share their stories in an inspiring way that energizes team members, and how to leverage meta-skills of vulnerability and empathy to enhance inclusion. We also explore how our emotional states and mindsets have an influence on those around us and learn to leverage this influence for the benefit of our teams.

For founders and other key cultural stakeholders, we offer advanced coaching and certifications to operate at the Transformational Layer. This provides a sustainable approach for crafting an increasingly strong culture, even as teams grow and companies scale.

Empower Your Team to Own its Culture

Most leaders and teams feel like culture is something that “just happens” or “just is.” But why leave something so important to chance?

Our programs empower leaders and teams to clarify and live their values, enhance communication and teamwork, and ultimately, boost productivity while creating an amazing work environment. Here’s how they work:

  1. Get Support to Spearhead Transformation

In our six-month Flow Facilitator training, you’ll learn how to facilitate Collective Flow to enhance your teams’ creativity, learning, and productivity. You’ll become a world-class leader of team meetings, 1-1’s, and retreats and foster a culture of co-creation to attract, retain, and empower top talent. You’ll also dramatically increase the depth and breadth of flow in your life and work.

  2. Develop Lasting Skills on All Levels of Your Team

From one-off to ongoing workshops, we have a broad library of proprietary materials to create the perfect workshop for your team. Topics range from identifying your conflict style, to embracing allyship, and more. We’ll work with you to address your most pressing need and design an engaging and impactful experience. We can also lead culture circles afterwards designed to help put these skills into practice, cementing these into your team’s culture.

  3. Spark a Cultural Revolution

We’ve done everything from custom break-out sessions to a multi-day PRDX retreat adopted for our partners. Together, we’ll create an unforgettable experience marked by courageous vulnerability, growth, and connection.

How We’ve Changed Cultures:

“Getting to a place of trust and vulnerability is a hard thing to do in such a short time, and PRDX really got us there.”

The trust and camaraderie that we generated with that group is just amazing. What I didn’t realize was that I needed to rethink what I understood about vulnerability to be a better part of my team. I feel I can be a better part of the Ops team and Redox as a larger team now. Getting to a place of trust and vulnerability is a hard thing to do in such a short time, and PRDX really got us there

These values have been slowly creeping into everything I do, not just at Redox, but also my personal life; how relate to others; how I approach both good and bad decisions and situations; to slow down and really listen; to show appreciation and gratitude. I’m not exaggerating when I say that Camp Redoxy has had a pretty profound impact on my life.

“Working with PRDX over the past six months has truly opened my eyes to soft skills I didn't realize needed to be sharpened.”

PRDX provided a platform that allowed me to understand that being a transparent and vulnerable leader is not a weakness but indeed are strong characteristic a leader can exhibit. The carefully tailored sessions allowed the team to create a strong compassionate community, by giving guiding principles around supporting each other’s challenges and celebrating the wins.

I know through the sessions I became a more confident leader by learning how to structure difficult conversations, be fully present and truly be myself. Thank you PRDX for creating more confident leaders by simply sharpening and highlighting the gifts they already have
